27-0 and we finally earn our first win of the season!!!

Our MLB interecepted the ball on the first play of the game and took it to the 5 yard line. We went up 7-0 and never looked back. The score was 20-0 at half.... and then we kind of took it easier on the second half. We could have scored another TD before the end of the game, but decided to kneel the ball at our opponent's 10 yard line.

Our defense recorded no sacks but 5 interceptions. Hopefully we can use this momentum for next week's game.

Something that really helped, was the addition of the wr run package + the speed option package. They were not ready for it, and could not defend the option very well. At one point we even brought out the option pitch to the rb, who then threw the ball for a td to one of our wrs.

That's awesome. Nothing like taking another team out to the woodshed to garner a little confidence.

Your defense has played well all year and it's nice they got the goose egg - plus 5 picks, you have to feel good on that side of the ball

Sounds like the running game is coming along nicely. Nobody ever works on stopping the run in practice.

I'll check back in next weekend to hear how the game went

Take care
