I wouldn't have put Furyk out again in afternoon.....

At first I was surprised with not getting Simpson, Phil or Keegan out in the afternoon and resting someone like Furyk. Speculation obviously, but those three with Bubba I'm assuming will be first out of the gate tomorrow. While none of the four are playing well really, thinking T. Watson wants them to take the day off and really be prepared for tomorrow in hopes to get some early matches going in the US favor.

So far the afternoon session is looking just like Friday's. Need a spark from one or two of these matches to have a chance tomorrow. US can make it interesting if they go in down 2 points at most. Past that it seems insurmountable.

not saying I disagree, but it would have been tough to sit this team after their performance this morning - also Furyk is a stronger 4some player than 4 ball

My buddy quoted me off of what I thought also regarding Furyk, one would think is straight play would be conducive for 4some, but his numbers not knowing or remembering them off top of my head aren't good in 4some though.

Hindsight is 20/20 but Fowler and Walker hit a wall. Tough to play those grinding matches like that and not get a rest.
