THE MISSISSIPPI STATE LA TECK GAME IS A VERY INTERESTING GAME TO ME

MSU is coming off 2 very emotional losses to AUBURN and lLSU and came out of the LSU game beat up. They lost their right gaurd to a season ending injury and their offensive line is beat up .I just dont see MSU coming out with the same emotion as the past 2 weeks. so I am taking Lla teck + the 20. I beleive this line will drop through the week. I had MSU BY 14.5

20* UNDER 59 MSU/LA TECH winner
20* UNDER 54.5 MISS/GEORGIA winner
20* LA TECH + 20winner
30* kentucky + 20 loser
30* ARKANSAS +11.5 loser
30* vandy +16 loser
10* MISSISSIPPI +10 loser (thanks refs)

20* tease LSU PICK- ARKANSAS +17.5 loser

1* PARLAY LSU ARKANSAS VANDY KENTUCKY TO WIN 10* loser

3-5 -71 units

ytd 10-9 + 4 units

good luck

I like Arkansas a lot this weekend. I think Bama finally has to score but they will not be able to. Thoughts?

I like Arky as well. First test for youthful Bama. Penn St has nothing. Petrino's offense may put some pressure on Bama. How will the bama QBs respond?

Just my two cents here, but if I bet anything on this game it would be on the under.

Arkansas defense is improved and while 'Bama QB play has been efficient, it is very average. I'm sure both teams have kept a few tricks up their sleeves for this game. Yes, the Hogs have revenge on their mind but very tough environment for Arky QB Wilson to start his first road game. I've heard the arguments that he filled in very well for Mallett last year on the road at Auburn, but he also threw multiple picks. The lack of a running game (Davis injury) for the Hogs really hurts them and plays into Saban's hand. Losing one of their senior defensive ends, Jake Bequette (hamstring injury), doesn't help either. He definitely was a threat as a pass rusher.

I'm hoping that we exploit Arkansas' lack of height at the LB position (6' 1" and 5' 10") by looking for TE Michael Williams down the field (6' 6"). Could definitely have some mismatches for sure.

In my opinion, too many injuries for the Hogs along with a pumped up Bryant-Denny Stadium make it tough to pull the upset but this should not be a blow out. I'm sure that Arky will be able to get a few big plays in, but not enough to get the job done. I believe the Alabama offensive line will be able to open up some holes for Richardson and Lacy and as long as they can give McCarron protection it will be a long day for the Hogs.

I don't think Arkansas scores more than 17 points. Alabama has held them to their lowest point total the past two seasons (7 in '09 and 20 in '10). In 38 games (not including 'Bama) at Arkansas Petrino's team averages 34.3 points a game. In 3 games against Saban and Alabama, Petrino's team averages 13.7 a game.

I see a 24-10 or 27-14 final score in favor of the Tide.

Guru...Always enjoy reading your analysis on the SEC and if I'm not watching the Hokies, I am usually watching an SEC game. I wanted to ask your opinion on a couple this weekend.

Ga/Miss...Ga has always been a team that I can't figure out. If I bet them they suck but when I bet aqainst them, they are world beaters. IMO...Ole Miss can't be as bad as they showd last week and 10 seems like alot of pts....thoughts???

Vandy/SC...I love the Gamecocks here b/c I feel the line should be lower based on previous results and the improvement of Vandy. Also feel like SC will take advantage of turnovers(Vandy 9 in last 2 games)

I'm with you on ARK

Your input is much appreciated and GL on your plays

i hope to have a rather large play on Vandy but was just hanging around a while hoping for 16.5 to go to 17. Vandy is well coached and has team speed like it never has had before, Now i am not saying they are in the same league as the big boys but they do think they can compete with them.

if Mississippi gets behind early then i feel georgia will cover. if ole miss gets off to a fast start and scores early ole miss will cover. i havent decided what side i will be on . I do know Mississippi has a lot of talent with most of it young. AND NUTT has not forgotten how to coach.

good luck
