Saban in Baton Rouge???

Reported on local Birmingham television station that the Great Saban flew to Baton Rouge this afternoon. What could he possibly be doing down there!??!:shrug:

Hes probably recruiting and watching high school football. Its the semifinals tonite for all the classifications. They do have a game in Baton Rouge tonite.

I just doubt he would do it.

He would lose all respect from just about everyone. He would reduce his value for future earnings by alot if he was even being considered.

I cant imagine LSU hiring him back. He already left for the Dolphins and then to leave after 1 year at Bama.. You know he will leave from any program at any time so why hire him..

I don't know if LSU wants him(Saban) back or not. They will need a coach because Miles WILL be at Michigan next year.:yup It has been a very strange year on the field this year. Look's like it will be even stranger off the field.

It will be tough for the trustees to give Saban the voting majority needed for his re-hire. He really upset some folks in BR. If Saban returned to LSU, ity would be a PR nightmare at first, but over time it will be a big upgrade over Miles imo.
