teams/coaches/boosters offer incentives. you have to or you are going to lose every game on Saturdays. if you don't, the next best SEC/Big 10/Pac 12/Big 12 team will, and guarantee they will land that 5 star recruit you so badly wanted.


it is either cheat and win, or don't and lose.


in a profession where you only get paid if you win, well that makes it a fairly easy decision.
