SAINTS/REDSKINS Under 41 - The Redskins offense has looked out of synch for much of this season, and things get a tad more complicated this week because QB Ramsey has a stiff neck. Not that the Washington passing game has been great shakes even with a healthy Ramsey, as the Skins are averaging just 196.3 passing yards per game on a woeful 5.7 yards per pass attempt. Apparently, the schemes that worked so well for Spurrier in college just do not cut it at this level. Granted, Washington suddenly erupted for 27 points in their last home game vs. Seattle. But after watching the Seahawks collapse at Baltimore last week, that may really be no big deal. The Skins are still averaging just 19.4 points per game in this stadium, and that effort vs. Seattle was the first time they exceeded 21 points. The Saints have become an ?Under? team on the road this year, as the Under is 4-2 away from the Dome, with New Orleans averaging just 19.5 points in their road affairs.
