Santa's presents: wrapped or unwrapped

Santa never wrapped my wife's gifts but he always wrapped mine....We are wrapping Santa's gifts and we all get to open one tonight!!

Growing up as a kid, Santa's presents were unwrapped and sitting in the living room when we ran down the stairs on Christmas morning. We all opened the wrapped presents on Christmas Eve. Nothing better than running into a room full of unopened gifts. I would find things an hour later that I hadn't seen yet

I swore Santa's sleigh almost hit our car one X-mas eve. I went home and RAN straight to bed. That image kept me believing another year or 2 I swear. My dad says it was a helicopter and he had no idea why it swooped our car that night.

We were always up by 5am X-mas morning! :00hour

Having 2 little girls that are both fully into Xmas for the first time this year has been special.

If you love your family you should take the time to wrap. Not knowing what you're in for and the look and suspense in their eyes is worth it.

I feel sorry for you if your parents were so silly as to wrap the gifts from Santa. The joy of my eyes trying to take in everything at once on Christmas morning was definitely one of the best parts about Christmas growing up.

We'd open one on Christmas Eve from the parents then complete chaos Christmas morning. Some wrapped some not.

This was first year none of my kids believed in Santa... kind of a bummer. Maintain their innocence as long as possible because once it's gone it's gone. We managed to keep it going until my son turned 12... no easy feat... especially for us atheists!

Our Santa stuff is unwrapped. As a kid my parents worked it both ways. I was equally pleased with wrapped and unwrapped. I questioned nothing :facepalm:

Gifts from Santa were unwrapped. How much fun is it to unwrap some toy that says "some assembly required"? Hell no! That Hot Wheels race track was setup all over the living room by Santa! Santa had them all put together so u could play with them immediately.

The doors to the living room were always shut too so we had to open them, get met with flashing cameras, then dive into the assembled toys.

Gifts get put under the tree as soon as the tree gets put up and accumulate until time to open.
