The first thing you have to learn Freeze is that the Bush Adminestration represents the interests of the Republican Party about as much as the ACLU represents the Democrats. Bush is Republican in lip service only. You keep trying to use Liberal Conservative arguments as if they relate to Bush. Bush is not for a tough border, he is not for a balanced budget, he is not for States rights and for that matter he does not even support the troops like he should, cutting many of their benefits.

what corporations do you think get rich off of this labor?

do you think ANY of them employ illegals?
Wal-Mart for one. That was already all over the news.

Do you think Walmart runs the GOP?

Do you think any other corporations looked at their payrolls and tightened things up in the last couple years since walmart?

Bush represents the interests of THOSE IN POWER in the republican party

This is all about remaining in power and has nothing to do with business, corporations, or anything else. It has all to do with the Hispanic Consituency.

No politician is for a "balanced budget" as they pander to their own constituency without any accountability.

Newt was the last guy that tried to reform Congress and look where it got him. The media and even those in his own party demonized him to no end because he woudlnt let them pander.

I think Wal-Mart and other large corporations have incredible lobbying power. Lobbying IMO is probably the most powerful thing in politics. Regardless of what politicians say - they basically have to give in to who who's paying their bills. ...So yeah - in many ways - you can say that Wal-Mart (and others) run the GOP.

i agree with you here, but in this case, its all about gaining the hispanic constituency

Rove and other GOP insiders are calling the shots on this one, and Bush, with his buddy buddy relationship with Fox, is getting manipulated by both people

Our national security decisions are being dicated by a power monger and a Mexican crook

Case closed!

Where are the Bush police when you need them?

You guys are funny! First off Freeze, the hispanic that are here legally, that do vote, are just as concerned about keeping what they have as you are. The Bush power base is all about cheap labor and crushing the working class. The more illegals they let in to do the jobs that otherwise would have to be done by legal citizens, at a far wage, the better Bush looks to his base.

Gas price goes up another 20 cents you will here how much they love Bush. His polling numbers are already at lowes even for him. His so called high ranking as a all time pres is going down fast. They wanted him top 10 but im not sure he can hold on that high. A tax cut just is not enough to make a good pres. As Ray said what else is going good.
