Yesterday 6-4, +575
Overall 101-98, +1989

Tough loss on the White Sox, as Rauch was cruising until 2 errors chased him. The last one by Valentin was just aweful. Still don't understand why Manuel yanked him after 5 in favor of 80-mph t-ball right down the middle thrown by Parque with the score 2-2. 5IP, 92 pitches, 0ER. Maybe he talked to Jimmy.:nooo: Still think Sox was the right play.

Jumping on this one early as the line will for sure move up in a few hours.....I think

White Sox-160x2 (Buerle/Fyrie)
Total pitching and batting mismatch. The only thing keeping me from going higher was because I got stung a couple of times betting -160 favs, but this one looks rock solid. Fyrie got knocked around by the Sox in relief, while Buerle dominated all the A's regulars in his career.

GOOD LUCK!!

Liked Ashby at +105, but it doesn't look like the game will be played at all, or tomorrow's game for that matter. Local forecast is predicting 100% chance of rain up to an inch all the way to late Sunday, and it's cold, windy, and gloomy outside right now. Probably exactly what the Cubbies needed right now to get their asses in gear.

Milwaukee+200x1 (FarvreNeugenbauer/Astacio) @VIP
Playing this partly due +200. Neugen has pitched well in his last 2 starts, giving up 2ER in each, and earning his first W last start. Astacio allowed 3BB, 8H, 4ER last time out, and may be showing his true color. Milwaukee bats are bad, but the Mets aren't hitting much, neither, 17 hits in last 3 games.

Pitt-120x3 (Wells/Howard)
I've been touting Wells all season, I think he's the real deal. WhiteSox management will be sorry they traded Wells for Ritchie. Doesn't hurt that it's also ndnfan's big play today. :D

Rocks+105x3 (Chacon/Duckworth)
Nice win on the Rocks last nite as Thomson was briliant. "The first thing Hurdle (new manager) told us today was to have fun," Thomson said. "That's what we had to do today and take what has happened in the past and put it behind us." Coming right back with the Rocks again as the home cooking finally warmed up the bats, getting 10hits last nite (sign of things to come?) 2 of Ducky's wins were vs Florida, and got rocked last time out in Pitt. Chacon will not set the world on fire with his pitching, but has done well enough at Coors, giving up 5 runs or less in his last 7 starts at Coors. Walker is getting back to 100%, recording an outfield assist yesterday, Helton seems to have found his swing. Pierre is setting the table for the big hitters, went 1-3, 1SB, 2BB, and scored twice.

Liking the Spos, as well, but it looks like Larusa's still undecided on the SP.

GOOD LUCK TODAY!!!

Spos-120x2 (Chen/Hackman)
Was hoping it would be Hackman, and it is. He's been a reliever for the cards, and well suited for it because he only has 2 pitches, a cut-fastball and sinker, NO offspeed pitches. Spos hitter will be sitting on his heat all day, and even if he's successful, he won't pitch long, and I don't have much faith in the StL bullpen. Herges only pitched 1 inning last nite so should be available. Chen has been great so far, and has been a starter with Atl and NYM.

Twinkies-130x2 (Kinney/Cornejo)
Tough luck blown hold situation for Romero as 2 infield bunt single did him in in the 8th. Twinkies are a much better team and Det bats look to have cooled off already, scoring 8 runs in last 4 games. Cornejo will probably give up 1/2 of that in 3 innings.

GOOD LUCK!!

Thanks, fellas.

TTM$, there're some things that you should just keep to yourself, like you scratching your balls, know what I'm saying? :thefinger :D :thefinger Hope Pitt comes in for us. I like it having ndnfan on our side.

Congrats on the leafs, love those higher scoring, heavy hitting playoff games. I will probably be drunk by the start of the Kings game, so going all out in capping games early today.

I BELIEVE!! KINGS IN 7!!!:D

you have to give credit to the Leafs winning without their best player. This team has come through alot of adversity lately, and I think they win it in 7. As for last night, some lady walking downtown topless in a leafs thong as there was a party on the streets as Leafs fans are starting to make some noise.

If the Leafs win the cup what a party it will be here in Toronto... the city would go crazy...

As for you Kings... sorry bud but they need some luck bigtime... i think Col takes it in 6, but hey I'll be cheering for your KINGS

I am thinking of hitting the twinkies with several more units... what do you think??

Thanks

:)

TTM$, like the Twinkies, but you know me, 4 units is the most I lay in baseball.........usually. :D

Looks like it's Crudale, not Hackman for the Cards. Don't know much about this guy except that he had a 3.2ERA in AA and was used primarily as a closer there. Have no idea about his arsenals of pitches, so I'm just gonna play 1 unit on Chen/Spos.

Adding Minn/Det Over10x1 (Listed(
Thanks, Mizer. :D

Good Luck!!

Cooz, glad you're on the Kings. Personally I think the Kings lose in 7, but I'll be rooting for the series win for sure. Boucher is a HUGE loss, but Deadmarsh should be back, and Ronning is a go. As if the Kings need more motivation, Denver/Colorado papers were full of columns on how the Kings "cheated", "stole the win". I hope is a Kings blow out, but a one goal win will suffice. I know for sure the Avs don't want to go home needing to play game 7 vs the Kings. Felix needs to be HUGE tonite.

Good luck today, buddy!!

Probably gonna hate myself in the morning, but making the Rockies the 3rd 4Unit play of the year. The gusty wind probably won't be as much a factor to the Rocks as it will to Philly. They've only won back to back at home once this year, today vs Duck and the struggling Phils would be a good spot.

Good Luck!!!;)

Sorry, buddy. Got caught up watching Friar rob the Hornets of a regulation win. Looks like justice will be served in the OT, though.

Don't use any of them. I use Yahoo Messenger, ID is maddan_16 if you use one.:)

I am contemplating about the white sox game... I see KC WOLF is on it for 14 units, that is a BIG play for him... he is a fantastic capper and I do see that the line has not moved, the only thing that scares me is that Buerhle is 0-1 2.92ERA versus the A's this year so far... on the fence on this one

I see a total mismatch in this game, and kc is on a roll. Buerle should get some run support in this game. I just added another unit on it, but that's it.

Good luck:D

Getting ugly in Oakland, and Buerle is already out of the game  The rest of my wagers don't look good, either (0-4 start). But if there's a line-up capable of big innings, it's the ChiSox.

Rest of the slate, going out to watch the Kings game on a big screen :D Short on time for write-ups, all games are LISTED pitchers. These are NOT chasing plays, BTW.:D

SD/Pitt Over9 x3

Injuns-115x3

Clv/Tx Under11 x3

Atl-125 x2

Orioles+145 x2

Good luck gang. Let's go KINGS!!:toast:
