Still upset at UTSA who dominated Troy and doubled the yards gained 345-166 Up 12-0 at half and did win some smaller plays with 2nd half points But fumbles interceptions etc led to a loss. Tough loss when you dominated but turnovers and Troy defense created a loss
Boise St -11 over North Texas ****
Had tickets to the Frisco Bowl in Dallas tonight. All my buddies are going but going to pass. Went last year to the game and took my Mean Green over I think it was miami of Ohio. All I know is that the NT leading rusher didn't show up and no one knew why. He wasn't dressed or on the bench. I must of asked 100 people where is Bussey and no one knew. Someone said he was at a mall in Dallas trying on what suit to wear at the NFL draft. Don't think he was even drafted and to this day not sure why he was a no show. anyway Aune the qb of North Texas over threw 20 passes to his wr's and North Texas got smoked. Aune is starting today vs Boise.
Then Littrell the NT coach was fired last week He got them in 4 bowls games the past 4 years but lost the Conf USA championship to UTSA last week . So new coach Bennett the def coord is taking over. Boise wins big tonight.

Wash st led by Cameron Ward the Incarnate Word qb of last year who transferred He was the one who at the Tex St games last year the fans had signs out " Who is Incarnate Word" The guys behind me said it was a prison school . The couple sitting next to me explained its a small catholic school in San Antonio run by the sisters of charity . I am about 20 feet from Cameron warming up when the parent said " do you know our qb" ? I said no but is that him in front of us warming up. Incarnate and Ward blew Tex St out of san Marcus. This kid was about 6'5 240 pounds with a rifle of an arm . I knew he had to transfer and he did and broke a few passing records for Wash St. this year. Then at Tex st basketball game the other night they introduced the new tx St football coach at halftime It was kinne the coach of Incarnate word And last night I took Incarnate over North dak St +8 and won.
