just checked some early lines and unless i am underestimating the effect of senior day i see some great games.unc plus 9 and under 158.i do not see either team breaking 80.duke has been having trouble scoring and unc may play a bit of zone.i love unc plus the points.wake forest minus 6.5 and 150.i will wait for ajoytoy on this one. fl state plus 9.5 and over 39.5 with ga tech.if fsu scores 65 points we should get push.i may put ten units on fsu and ten on over thinking a push is the worst that should happen.in other games i lean towards s carolina plus 1.5,memphis plus 7.5,aub -5,s miss -2.5 over ecu, stanford -4 over wash.i love this game.wash will push the ball and i think stanford is easy cover.vandy plus 1.5 over ga.any input is appreciated.lets break some bookies tomorrow.

i would be careful on the wash/stanford game; last night wash annihilated cal; on 2/26 they beat arizona su at arizona(as a 14 point dog) and on 2/22 they almost beat nc state su at nc state(covering nicely as a 13.5 point dog); imho stanford's lucky streak comes to an end tomorrow: they don't cover, they lose su, and their undefeated season goes up in flames.

stanford would have been a better play is wazzou would have upset them. it would have refocused them in my opinion

washington is capable of winning that game by more than just a few baskets tomorrow.

stanford traveling after an emotional win to play a white-hot washington team? huskies moneyline for me

i have only seen wash once and that was at nc state.kid name jones had nice game.what little i know about them it seems they win with offense and not defense.they lost twice to ucla and to houston and wyoming early.stanford beat oregon by 21 on the road.wash has come together lately but i still think stanford is fundamentally too good.i will wait and see what others play.thanks

check those numbers again.

if not for an absolute oregon collapse- ducks would have ended the stanford undefeated run a long time ago. oregon pissed away a 19-pt second half lead.

also think its worth noting that stanford needed 2nd half rallies against usc and wash state on the road. if they get behind washington- huskies score enough where its gonna be tought to come back

im not anti-stanford. theyre very good. but 48 hours after an emotional win and now on the road again playing the arguably the hottest team in the country right now- looks like a damn good spot for washington to end the streak

Well lowell, i am absolutely pumped to say I will be attending the game at cameron. Finally, I get a shot to listen to the jeers thrown my way, the chants and pointing I will get, I can't wait. I will be in the student section under the goal, probably me and my friend being the only ones dumb enough to wear tar heel stuff in that place. We got tix for 120 each, a damn steal if you ask me. Hope I get out of there without having to throw any punches.

As far as the line goes, I feel like it's like a slap in the face to us. I mean, 10 points? I think this unc team is just hitting stride. McCants has been on absolute fire, sean may is stepping up. I think a big x factor is jackie manuel, he shut down reddick last time and we need him out there on d. I can see dook winning by double digits if they are up 6 or so and they are sent to the line. But in a rivarly like this that is a lot to give up. I wonder what the line would have been had dook not lost to gtech the other day? I will most likely be taking UNC and the points and a small play on ML just for the hell of it.

duke students have been working on rock chalk jayhawk cheer.i cannot see a blow-out but will wait for line movement.total is what i am thinking is best play.will roy want a track meet or will he play alot of zone.forget the myth of duke shooting more freethrows.unc leads the league in attempts and duke has alot less than you think.i have been to about 20 unc games at cameron and it will be fun.right now i like unc and over thinking if unc scores 75 points i get at least a push.good luck and don't whine like dean.congrats on 4th or 5th place in acc

Exactly, dook students are practicing on cheers. How lame is that? Yes ladies and gentlemen, dook has "cheer organizers", who get together before games to decide which cheers will be used, and then during gametime they organize what will occur when and the little pissants follow. Nothing like cheering out of the pure excitement right! Who needs to do that when you can do planned cheers. Cameron indoor, a place where 8,000 people who have been losers all their life can come together for the first time and be part of something "cool". The biggest dorks, tools, etc.

As as far as our ACC standings, it does suck but you know as well as I do that we can be in dead last and if we beat u at home it stings. New season starting, ACC tourney and then the big dance.

Quoting the article in Sports Illustrated, I think it's called Blue Blood, sums up my feelings about dook in 1 paragraph:

Thewriter describes Dunleavy sinking one of his high-arching threes in the game a few years ago won by UNC (mostly through the efforts of Joseph Forte). Here it is:

"The crowd [at Cameron] exploded. How I wish it really had exploded -- you know, blue-painted body parts shooting through the air, cheerleaders spiraling above the city of Durham, all those obnoxious students and that out-of-state arrogance disappearing in one bright blast. No more references by Dook, er, Dick Vitale about the future doctors and lawyers acting like animals before they headed off to Harvard Medical School and Wall Street, the blue paint still slathered on their bodies as if they were lost tribes of the Amazon. Forgive me, I know this is wrong. But, still . . ."
