hate betting against Calhoun over Skinner but Conn is having major problems shooting from the outside.Robertson is 0- february.Gorden is not consistent but he can shoot.Butler is tough and getting selvie back will help.But Conn has some matchup problems with BC.They have to play them man/man.Bell,Sidney,and walls can all shoot.Bell in past 2 games has hit for over 30.Nova shut down Conn offense the other nite and held them to 46 pts.BC defense is terrible so conn will score.But see Conn having problems guarding the BC offense.I think Conn wins this but its by a few.Skinner will blow the game somehow.Hopefully not the cover.
Georgetown -1.5 over Nova.This series the past 3 yrs has been a 3 pt difference every yr.Nova plays great defense.On the ball defense is unreal.Wright has these kids playing.But they are still the worst ballhandling team in the BE.Snowden is the only player that can put it on the floor.Wright and sales inside is a notch below sweetney and wilson.Buchanon needs room to shoot.GT has many grehounds that should challange them.
Illinois -5 over the Hall.
Illi has just won 3 in a row vs Mich st,Mich,and Purdue.But they are the worst ats team in America.Just 2-7 ats away and 9-14 overall.Illi has a better offense,better defense,better FT shooting,FG%,etc.
Hall has barrett who is the stud.But the frontline of Manga[who has had 2 big games] and 2 small fowards in Allen and Morton.[6'5 and 6'7]are avg 20 pts total and 16 bds.they must reley on Lane and Shine from the outside.SH is 0-5 vs ranked teams.
Illi has back 6'8 Johnson and Archbold 6'11and 7'2 smith at the post.Manga will be worked over.Then throw in 6'10 Cook who can shoot and 3 pt specialist Badford.Williams is one of the best pt gds in the country either equal to barrett or a notch above.Lyr Illi beat the Hall in OT by 10.Not a strong play because Illi can't put anyone away.They blow leads or make great comebacks.
Fairfield +7 over siena.[12.00 game]
They beat them by 7 at home.Siena couldn't score in the paint with the 7'0 Gunga-Din cousins.They had 8 blocked shots and altered another 10.Stags on the road are pretty bad but think maybe they can keep it close.
Temple -10 over Mass.
It's lappas's return to the Philly area.Mass destroyed them earlier in the season.but mass has lost last 4 of 5.Inside game is lost.so Mass must reley on outside shot.It worked at home but not on the road.Temple had won 4 in a row before lasalle loss.Cheney gets them back on track.Not a lot of love between Lappas and Cheney.Mass lost to Dukies and RI on the road by 11 and 9.Owls should have no trouble controlling the bds,their shooters and the 10 pt cover.
