JMU +5.5 over Northeastern ***
NE at home will be tough but with 2 scorers like Carter and Jalloh, balanced attack, good shooting team I think JMU keeps this close.JMU defense isn't that good but Jalloh I think is again the key to JMU's sucess.

NC-Wilma +5 over Hofstra ****
Hofstra is not very good.I think after one or two more games everyone will see it.They got beat by St Francis, and Holy Cross,.Beat Manhattan in OT and MC is not that good.Even in there scrimmages they were getting beat vs D-2 teams. They avg 59 pts a game..thats 313th,can't shoot,no rebounders,FT% poor, etc, etc Augudio is there only star left.Wilma isn't to bad.Carter is tough but 6'10 Kuljanin and 6'9 Hendley will cause big time matchup problems for the Pride. These guys can score.I have Wilma winning outright...

Bonnies -6.5 over Canisius ****
Love my Bonnies over the Griffs.Griffs are bad..really hurt'in.There last in the country scoring 53 pts FG%,3 pt %,etc..Even FT% at 55%.just think Wilt and Shaq shot better...Love Turner..great pt gd but he is on an island by himself..Bonnies have 6'8 Lee there 1st impact player in a long time.he's avg 21 pts and 9 bds.Feriti and Relph are solid at the gds.Relph the NY State HS player of the Yr that went to WV and transferred has finally shown everyone why he won that 4 yrs ago.Bonnies need to play some defense and should handle the Griffs with a double digit win at home...

Michigan -9 over Harvard ***
Mich has to many greyhounds.haris is solid.with Gibson and Udoh at 6'10.Udoh has 22 blocked shots already.he'll put another 4 or 5 in the Charles River.Mich lost 4 games but it was vs. BC,WKU,Butler and the Hoyas.Harris at the gd is a stud...trying to stop him will be tough.Harvard is 3-0 at home but that was vs. weak teams. They are a poor rebounding team,FT% and on defense not very good.Think Mich gets a double d win on the road..Beilein is a good coach. If Amaker was coaching today i'd take the Crimson...Beil runs his motion offense and it might take them a month more to get it down..but today I don't think it will be a problem.

Wright St +4 over Marist ***
Seton Hall +9 over St Marys ***
Cuse -11 over Tulane ***

I'll be back later tonite to explain...

My school last saturday had a 15 yr old girl hang herself...she was on life support until tues...her family donated her organs...today is the viewing...our students really did a great job this week dealing with the situation. She was a JV cheerleader, honor student,etc...but when we started to work backwards talking to kids and reading her 'my space" you can see a pattern that led up to it. It was family problems, boyfriend problems and some students writting bad things about her....the sad part about this is that everyone knew about her problems but never told anyone..I know it's hindsight now but if just a few of her friends let the right people know it might have been prevented..again I know it's second guessing but...damn..

Good luck today..I'll go post the Army-Navy game and come back tonite...with all the big games going on today I sure pick ones off the beat'in path...

box, i'm curious about your Michigan & Seton Hall plays...

SH--other than catching Virginia on a bad day they've been disappointing this year so far.
and UM--i mean come on, they're awful, you really think they can build a lead against anyone?

love to see you on JMU and St. Bonny, i'm on both pretty big but those two 3* plays i have to question.

have a great saturday, box!

tig,the hall has one of the BE best pt gds in Harvey.Laing,Nutter and Harvey scored almost 50% of there pts lyr and all 3 are back.Gause another gd is a great defensive player...Bobby G coaching..pressing etc...I was at the game last yr when Hall won in OT..I think???they won...can't see mary winning by 9. Like Hall here a lot..Hall's frontline is a question...Loved the Simpson kid and they had a huge frosh kid..Hall is quicker and I remember Halls press gave mary's all sorts of problems..

Michigan is not as bad as it looks...there not good but...new coach, etc

well i downgraded my st. mary's play a little bit buttin heads with you. the harvard play wasn't that big to start with but i took a little back. just moved it all to JMU and St. Bonny! can't wait to cash a few early games and pile on St. Bonny later, that's my #1 game today.

Box-Man: Already playing your Cuse , Jimmy Madison, NC Wilm. Also like St. Joes
over Penn St.+9. What say you?
Sorry to hear about the Young Lady. Being a former Guidance Counselor, you try your best to
head off tragedies such as that, but as you say, sometimes you don`t have a clue.
