Currently looking at these , any major line moves will affect plays...

Ark. +15....game opened at 17+, but I'll still take Ark.who had 2 weeks to prepare and nothing of importance coming in the next couple of weeks. They need to keep the TO's down to stay in it and being a noon game could catch Aub. a little disinterested. Ark. lays it all out today.


Pitt - 6 1/2......only if it stays under a TD. Pitt passes its way to a cover.

Iowa -11..... Pur. saw some real competetion last week and failed and it don't get easier today vs. a angry IU that wants to redeem itself.

Oreg st.+3.... opened at 4 1/2 now 3 ? Still will take them at a FG or better

Colo. -5............Baylor av.rush yds.=1.5 will not cut it here.

Tex tech -4 1/2....o.k. Missu lets see what you have vs. some real competetion. Fun game to watch, tech makes more plays.

So.Fla. -6 1/2.... uconn some key injuries? USF pretty steady team seals a home cover.

Tenn -2 1/2.... not a popular play. why are they favored? I'll ride them .

Cal.-4 1/2....opened at 5 1/2, that's what I like. They're a TD better at home.

UL LAFF.+17.....probably go up. they catch Houst. after battle with Hurricanes. They hang within the #.

Clark, It's not only about statistics. Situations are a key element picking a side. I felt I could throw out the #'s from UL's 1st 2 games (@ LSU,@ Tex a&m). They did'nt have a chance in hell of winning those games, but got field experience vs. the NCAA 's higher echelon. Next 2 games at home they rolled to wins and covers and now they make a small road trip to play a team they have some familarity with. On the other hand Houst.probably battered and bruised from tough Miami game , cannot be focused enough to give their all , where as UL will. Amazingly they won the game outright!

6 pts. at home? Pitiful performance catching WSU at home after they played USC tough, they did'nt show up in a positive spot for them. this team is dead.. avoid them in the future..:nono:
