BULLS are down 7 heading to the 2H and CHAR is playing much better with the return of Raja. However, I still think CHI is the better team, is playing at home, and can still lose by 1 and push. I also think CHAR is playing much more uptempo with BELL in the lineup so look for about the same scoring wise.
