I just don't see Philly running away with this game tonight being the worse team in the league in scoring and the 2nd to worst team giving up 4 goal per game. Althrough Washington isn't the greatest team in scoring or in net, I just see it staying close. I'll take Washington with 1.5 goals. Good Luck. :yup
