Kansas City area for who knows how long....
I'm liking a lot today!

o5 Bost/Mtl
parlay NJ and Detroit at moneyline
under 4.5 LA/Colo

every game in the Bos/Mtl series has easily gone over. should today with more penalties and powerplays--everyone expecting it to be more physical.

NJ has to win tonight to stay in, and Detroit seem back to the top of their game. and definitely don't want the series to drag on sez article here:

http://detnews.com/2002/wings/0204/27/sports-475953.htm

the Kings/Colo seem finally to have returned to the tight checking, trapping and low-scoring affair it usually is in the playoffs.

any thoughts? good luck to all!!

thanks Wigs!

I tossed LA in Det parlay to try and salvage the NHL day.

I watched the Det game at Bw3 on 6th street, and there were two groups of loud Redwings fans there.

I'll be there today, most probably on rail upstairs, watching Dallas at 2. you outta stop by! I'm the part oriental fellow in blue shirt with john lennon glasses with my spiral bound MLB record keeping book. Also be there monday nite 9pm to see Phillies/SF.

I think we got lucky on that LA under.

the NYI and over seem too obvious today?

I'd be hesitant to back the Islanders without Peca. In my opinion, that guy means more to the Isles than any single player on Toronto means to that team. I already have a small wager on Toronto for the series, so I won't be putting anything on this one tonight, just rooting. Good luck!

Just back from Buffalo Wings. Mavs did their job!

yup, the leadership and emotional stability of Peca seems very important.

It's just that Leafs have so much trouble on the Island.

I'm liking the over more, but it's +100 and seems a trap, like the over Boston the other day.

what are the chances of these teams changing gears and doing a tight-checking defensive affair tonight?

Maybe they might, with Peca's Pk gone, and defenseman Jonsson out--be more careful. Leafs might too, given how many goals they give up here, and with NYI expected to come out blasting.

????

I caught some of that Dallas game on TV, not sure if wigs saw it or not. The Mavs are easily the most entertaining team to watch in my opinion.

In New York tonight, agreed that the over looks appealing, although it's a pass for me. I think it's a little tough to figure what type of game each team will be trying to play with shuffled lines and the Isles facing elimination. GL!

t-ray, hope ya had fun there, i went there a couple of times last yr to watch the stars play edmonton, not a bad atmosphere, will definitely have to get together there sometime before too long

very entertaining game this afternoon...mavs are very fun to watch i agree-

dont really know what to make of the game tonight, i can still get the over at +110 but the urgency of this game (and injuries) has me a little unsure, so i will just be watching--good luck with whatever you decide
