Not really thrilled about Sale only being -110 against the pathetic Tribe, but he is nasty, and they will be swinging away. I might back it up with the Tribe team total over 3, but I'm gonna wait a little closer to game time. He hasn't gotten 10+ in two of his last three starts, but he got at least 10 in the 8 starts prior. He might give up a run or two, but it's tough for me to see Cleveland's bats light him up for very long. If he goes seven strong, we should be good

Not to be a dick at all but if you don't understand what K's is you mite wanna consider not betting on baseball..

Lelicek- K's = strikeouts. I'm using my local for this one, but I'll check around and see if I can find it online somewhere else. Betonline usually puts them up about 2-3 hrs before game time
