Pacific -10 over San Jose St **** strong play

Yango the 6'8 French-west Indian dominated lyr avg 16 pts and 8 bds.He's preseason POY.But Maraker is really better.The Swede is 6'9 and like most European players he can go outside and stick 3's beside play inside.His other Swedish partner is 6'7 gd Korajkic.Newton the 6'10 kid is tough.Doubly is a solid gd.
This team has a lot of size,can shoot,pass,etc.A fav to win the Big West.
Spartans are in big trouble.They went 1-17 in the WAC and 6-23 overall.They have no gds.Front court is avg with Chandler.Two new players are 6'11 Misko and 6'4 g/f Elam.SJ has bought in a bunch of juco players to revive this team.But the talent is thin and they will struggle esp early when you put 5 or 6 juco kids together.Lyr Walton was a big part of this bad team.With him gone they will be even worse.
Spartans scimmaged Azusa Pacific last week.All D-1 teams always schedule some weaker teams in exhibitions games.Well San Jose is so bad AP won 66-48.Spartans couldn't shoot]38%]
Pacific starts off where they left yr.There frontline will dominate and should get a 15 pt rd win.
Also Pacific is in my top 10 ats teams lyr going 9-2 away.

WV has 6'11 Fisher,Pittnogle 6'11,Sally 6'7 and Bonnies transfer Gansey who will be there best player.Herbert is the 6'6 gd that shoots them from row 5.Not a good defensive team.Chemistry has always been a problem.But the talent is there.
But in comes little old St Peters from Jersey City.MAAC 4th place team playing the big Big east.
But Keydren Clark returns with his amazing game.Led the nation in scoring.3rd in 3 pt shooting with 112.Led his team in assits,steals.But lost his 2 gd in Nichols who transfered.Hinnant who is streaky and Watson will replace.
But Peters problems is the frontline.Yates and Sowers are those typical 6'4,6'5 MAAC fowards.Ivan Boz is there only big player but he plays like Lurch.Takes space,knocks a few people down.
WV has the talent and frontline but 16 pts is a lot.Clark keeps this game close.WV will be up 64-50 and then Clark hits two 3's and its a single digit game.
Also Peters coach Lekie leaves Clark in almost all the time.Could be an easy backdoor cover.Plus WV is not known for htere defense.Peter covers
