One problem with that reasoning is that SC should have never been favored in the first place. They were only favored because Kentucky, for the most part, doesn't get much respect, at least relative to SC. SC is/was the 'name' team. Kentucky probably should have been at least a 3.5 point favorite, but that was negated by the foregoing. Just consider taking the Cats in their remaining road games; probably won't be any value when playing at home, possible exception vs Georgia, as secret is out, Kentucky has a pretty good team.
