The finish is kinda what I had in mind when I made the play. You get two, maybe three ways to win. Either Sac can roar back and make it a game, or they flurt with getting back in and hang around that 8 pt area, or they can continue losing by 15 and backdoor em after the contest is essentially over. By the end, you had a little bit of all three. La's missed free throws helped....but once the game is out of reach, it's harder to concentrate (care about) on making them.

John Barry covered a couple of halves for Detroit by the pistons not sucking just enough so he could hit a meaningless 3 at the end.

This scenario is something I'm gonna keep in mind in the future. Really works well when it's the home team that's in the hole.
