Early Turds get the worm:

UAB Blazers +3-----After Memphis, horrible start against arky st last weekend, they managed to squeek one out. Everyone was all over Memphis last weekend. They have a knack of playing to the level of their opponent. UAB is a different story, they OWN Memphis and will be looking for their 5th str8 over the tigers this weekend. UAB plays memphis as hard as anyone and i will be glad to take the home dog catching the FG this weekend.

Arkansas -4'----This line makes me wonder :look:  . I see no reason Arky should not be favored by at least 10 here. Bama lost veteran Brodi Croyle for the year and they look to Marc Guillon to jump right into SEC play. Arkansas is highly under-rated IMO this year. QB Jones is awesome! 44-71 716yds 5 TD, and running: 24-185 and a TD. I think he covers the line by himself. Lay the 4' :)

Troy St Condoms +14---Gamecocks are beat up after a physical game this past weekend. Troy came back down to earth after their big win against Mizzu. I think this one will be closer than the posted number of 14. I think USC wins but by between 7-10.

GL this week, War.... I see that I'm leaning opposite you on 2. I may have to lay off those, but although UAB has had Memphis' number for 5 in a row, this may be the year that Memphis gets it all done. LW's lil episode was a blantant look ahead to this game.... You know after 5 in a row, it's BIG TIME revenge and no look ahead...and talent abounds in memphrica this year. Can you tell that I'm really struggling with that heart and head game on this one...? May have to just watch it.... LOL :142lmao: :cursin: :142lmao:

...sorry for the rant, but great season you're having and best of luck this weekend, buddy. :)

starting to second guess my play on Arky. Supposedly the Bama coaches have installed some kind of "quick-jump-through" I have no frigging clue what the hell this means, mabye some of your Bama boys could help explain this to me?

Adding two turds:

Old Mrs. -3---The Webels made the best move of the yr by benching Spulock. That kid would be one hell of a corner or WR, but he is a terrible QB. Their defense is banged up, but i will take one of the worst SEC defenses against the cowboys anyday. QB Flatt fits right into Eli's shoes with smarts and a great arm. No comparing the two, but he fits OM's offensive style much better than spulock. OM still has very talented WRs even with the loss of Flowers. I think OM rolls big in this game, not even close.

UT -23---I hate to lay this many points with anybody, but god damn these frosh QBs are impressive. If i had to guess Ainge will be the starter for the next 4 yrs and Shaeffer will transfer. Ainge is better right now than Peyton was yrs ago in his frosh yr. Tenn actually has a running game again. They have 3 or 4 guys that can get 100+ yrds each game. The defense was dealt a huge loss with LB Simon out for the yr, but that wont show this weekend. This one could be over at halftime. I like the vols 41-13!

Like the Ole Miss play.

The scheduling situation favors Bama on Saturday; otherwise I would play the Hogs.

War,
From what I gather on Bama. If you saw the Houston/Miami game and how Houston's QB threw quick pass on short slants in the middle and swing passes, this is what the game plan is for Gillion, Bama's QB. I'm not sure how it will effect their play though. I see them really trying to establish the running game and keeping with the short routes. If they get into situations where they have to stretch the field then they could be in trouble. Although, the new QB is better than some may think. I had this game marked at first, but now I'm not touching this game with a 10' pole. Good luck on your plays.
