i am on absolute fire!! i've hit at least 3 straight picks!!! :00hour :00hour :00hour in other words... probably a good time to fade me.

syracuse (-4.5) 2 units. ugh. i simply don't like the orange, but i think they're the right side today. 'nova has struggled on the conference road, losing at depaul and cincinnati. the loss of devendorf is addition by subtraction. last year at 'cuse, he came off the bench and was 1-6 for 4 points, with 4 fouls and 4 turnovers, as the orange beat 'nova by 11. so i think they're ok without him.

ucla (-11) 2 units. after seeing what washington state did to mayo and his young teammates, i can't wait to see what the bruins will do to them. just like the cougars, the bruins will guard you all over the floor. HOLD THE MAYO!!! sorry, i couldn't resist.

cincinnati (+4.5) 1 unit. the surprising bearcats are 2-0 in conference home games, beating 'nova and 'cuse. i think this is where the loss of fields and cook (especially fields) will start to catch up with the panthers. it took an inspired effort to beat georgetown the other day. will they have anything left in the tank?

baylor (+3) 1 unit. tread lightly. the bears are much improved this year, but this is their first conference road test. they are 2-0 on the road, including a win at south carolina. the 'huskers are scuffling right now, losing at colorado after getting blown out by kansas.

valparaiso (+2) 1 unit. expecting a letdown from the vikings after their huge upset over butler.

nc state (-2) 1 unit. an anti-miami play. they're on their way home after the loss at bc, and they have north carolina on deck next week. i heard sidney lowe may suit up today. :)

virginia (-5.5) 1 unit. cavs are 0-2 in conference, bc is 3-0. yet virginia is laying 5.5? hmmm...

creighton (-12.5) 2 units. bluejays have revenge, after losing at indiana state at the beginning of the month. same thing happened last year, and creighton won the rematch at home by 16. since that loss on 1/2, the bluejays have reeled off 4 straight wins. the sycamores have really turned things around this season, starting 4-2 in conference play, but they've been blown out their last 2 on the road.
