saturday mlb play................

hate the fact that this game is played concurrently with so many college football games. but i really like this play. it goes against all my rules of layin chalk, and the giants are the one team id love to see go home early- but it aint happenin in my opinion (at least not yet). i just think this is a solid mlb play. takin the two units gained from the last two days in postseason and rollin it here.

2 units........san francisco (-155) over florida

i honestly dont see florida scoring more than a run or two tops. this is a spot where a big time pitcher steps up, and schmidt will send this back to san francisco. cant really write it up any more than that. schmidt steps up.

and lets hope that the Giants don't leave 18 men on base like they did today.could have put the game away several times but failed

Fish seem to find a way at home. This is a dominant home team going against a pitcher (albeit dominant) on 3 days rest. Schmidt is easy to run on if the Marlins can get a few men on base. I have a feeling they end this series. I completely understand this play and most times wouldn't disagree with it but there is something about this Marlins team.

oh well. scratch the giants play. im obviously passing now. the play was much more schmidt-based that giants-based. funny thing is, giants still probably win this game, but im not gonna play it.
