ecu/hou under 69: ecu's field drains well, but it's been raining for a while now and pretty likely to continue through most of the game. that's got to close the speed difference between these two teams, which can only help the pirates on defense. pirates already have the better rushing game and rush d; can't believe ship won't want to keep houston's offense off the field and grind some when ecu has the ball.
