Why I think Buffalo will not get anywhere:

1) Your facilities suck dick. Thats why you dont get any recruits. Does the name Nigel Morris ring a bell??? Heavily recruited by Buffalo and was offered a walk-on to Syracuse - but declined to go to Toledo and will more then likely start. Hell of a bio on this kid Set school and county records with 13 interceptions as a senior, returning four for touchdowns...Had 31 career interceptions...Made all-state three times, twice earning first-team honors...As a three-year starter, led his team to a 32-2 record...Named the New York State Sportswriters Association Class ?A? Player of the Year as a senior...Rushed for 1,024 yards on 112 carries and 12 touchdowns as a senior...Caught 11 passes for 302 yards and six touchdowns...Connected on 47-of-56 extra points, giving him a total of 185 points as a senior...Helped his team to a state title in 2000...Played for coach John Castellano...Also lettered in outdoor track (3) and basketball (4).

If you dont improve your facilities then your staying at the shit level you guys are at now. Toledo this year recruited 4 players from NY - wheres Buffalo??? Your basketball arena is terrible. Face it - its worse then Toledos.

2) Your attendance sucks! Your the worst in the MAC. In football you average 9,000 in basketball you average 1500!!! Guess what slick, the new attendance rules go into effect, if you dont average 15K - your getting booted out of D-1. And buffalo has what...over 20K students!?! Jesusss

3) You havent won anything. Youve never beatin a big program since being in the MAC. You will always be a laughing stock until you win a big game. And Buffalo vs. Toledo is not a big game...It looks like you`ll be playing Syracuse in football soon. You win that game, and you`ll get some respect and some recruits. For football that is. As far as hoops go, again you need to beat a top program. And again, Buffalo is yet to accomplish that.

Conclusion...

Farrow - your a dillusional fan. You tell us that Buffalo is on the up and up when they might not even be in D-1 in 2 years!! You havent won ANYTHING yet - and when you do, then you can talk shit. I see Buffalo will be hosting NIU in round 1. You say you follow the MAC, then you would know that NIU is also making a good stretch towards the end of the season - with proven players and great defense....true Chicago ballers. And yes, I`ll be taking NIU getting points. And I dont expect you to tell me "dude, your crazy...Buffalo is going to win" with absolutely no reason - and dont come in and try to be slick like some of these SEC fans and say "I got inside info".

GFarrow is coming off almost like a ScottUSC lite version, but I also think almost everyone else here isn't giving Buffalo enough credit.

Since the end of January, they have gone 11-2 in conference play. They have been the second best team in the MAC (besides Western Mich) during the last month and a half and I don't even think that is open to debate.

I never argued that Buffalo was the best team in the MAC, I didn't argue anything close to that. I believe this is a gambling forum no? I was arguing that they have been undervalued and are better then the lines they have been getting. If i wanted to argue how good they are I would have gone on a MAC conference website, not here.
But since you started this argument let me just throw some facts out at you.
- They scored more points against kent then anyone this year... TWICE.
- They scored 84 points against Miami at Miami. Tied for the most points EVER scored against Miami on their home floor. EVER
- They held Ohio to 18 points in the first half. While scoring 47
- They held Indiana State to 11 points. ELEVEN POINTS in one half.

This all in the last 5 games...

OK now I am NOT saying they are an elite team. But jesus christ you can't say they haven't achieved anything. Your the delussional one if you think that.

* detroit is playing just fine. mccants was in a zone in the first half from 3pt range for uwm. believe he had five 3pters. theyve still only got 27 points and the pace of the game clearly favors detroit. titans turn up the defense in the 2h a little more and they win this game.

I thought this was a gambling forum. Not a brag about your respective team forum. I was talking up the fact that their lines have had value as of late, which they HAVE. They have beat the spread by 9 + points like 5 games in a row. I don't even know why I'm arguing with you, your arguing points I never made. You know it is possible to make money off a team when they have never won a MAC conference title. Not sure if your aware of that...
