Hi everyone,

Hope your college football Saturday is going well. Hoping for a nice college Saturday like last weekend. Right now I'm locked into just one play - may have another play later - but really like this play alot. I'm locked and loaded on:

FRESNO STATE/UTAH STATE OVER 57.5
Risking $6,600 to win $6,000

This is one of my biggest plays of the year and have been eyeing it up all week. The total has dropped from an initial 60.5 line. As I've stated before I don't live or die by the public %'s - i saw one site had 73% on the under - but again my plays are always based on my system and numbers. Sometimes they agree w/ public, sometimes not - in this case it's an anti-public play.

I believe this game is going to be played in the mid to high 60's - potentially 70 plus. I'm projecting a 41-24, 41-27, type of score. Both defenses giving up a bunch of points - Fresno about 28 a game, Utah State nearly 40. And Fresno has been very bad defensively this season on the road - giving up 31 to UCLA, 54 to Toledo...last 2 home games gave up 32 to Hawaii and 32 to Idaho of all teams. Utah State also has been very defenively challenged at times giving up 44, 30, 34, 58, 66, 27 - the lowest was 17 in their only win - a 42-17 win (59 total pts!) against Idaho - who is brutal! My system has this over coming up as a very strong play - I always put my money where my mouth is - and I've made the Fresno State/Utah State over my play of the day - I never make any guarantees, I just play the angles I see as the strongest plays. Fresno could always have potential to put up a 50 spot on them as well - just never know w/ Utah State's defense...

Yeah should be interesting - 27 at the half, 31 to go...I'm watching the game on the ESPN Game Plan - and this one should be in the mid 30's right now. Fresno had a 3rd and goal at the 1 - and had a false start, then didn't get in for a TD - went for the easy FG and he missed - ugh - that really was a costly pentalty. Also Utah State should have had another TD instead of FG - that's how it goes though - if you watched it you would have seen that the clock moved quite a bit on a few long drives - but still 27 pts. scored. That's how close this can come though - that 1 yard line penalty cost ultimately 7 - as they didn't get the FG - close game - just would like to see this get tied up at 28-28 sometime because that would force a winner! Good luck - hope we cash it - one thing I thought we'd see is at least 1 special teams or defensive score. Hasn't been any turonvers yet - those lead to quick points. Alll in all still think we have a nice shot to cash this - need 31 in second half. Good luck!

GL w/ your Missouri under play...hope it hits for you...

Well Fresno takes the opening drive for a TD - so score now 21-13 Fresno - only problem was it took 7:38 off the clock - that's right half the quarter on that drive...Fresno really could have some quicker scoring drives - they are pretty much running every play though - need to do some play action and hit some big yardage plays...

Need 24 more points in 1.5 quarters to play - the point differential may come into play if they start going for 2 or something and don't convert...really going to need a turnover or special teams TD here - or some short scoring drives - both teams able to move the ball - still a long ways to go - clock just ticking alot faster than i projected - let's get this one!

Not looking good...Fresno a golden opportunity for another TD - guy drops it wide open at the 10...pace of this game just too slow - Fresno has no desire to put this team away - making Utah State D look way too good - will be start of 4th - really need a Utah St. TD and 2 pt conversion to make it 21-21 - just praying for OT right now - oh well - only one play - later!

:mj07: Unreal. I was actually going to come in here and say 'congrats' when Utah St. went up 28-27, because it was a no-brainer that they would play soft defense and let FSU kick a FG to win. I didn't, however, because some people actually believe in jinxes.

Anyway, congrats on the win. 24-points in the 4th quarter alone. Amazing.

OH MY GOD! I CAN'T BELIEVE I WON THIS PLAY! CHRISTMAS CAME EARLY! :)

Guys - I had to step out for a family commitment at the neighbors house right as the 4th quarter was starting - needless to say when I left I figured the way it was going it was going down the road of a loss - but I guess that's why they play 60 minutes of football.

When I saw the final score 30-28 I couldn't believe it! Won by the hook. Immediately I looked at the ESPN recap and when I saw a guy buried a 58 yd FG as time expired - I was speechless - I mean I usually cringe when any college kicker lines up at 40+ yards - most just so unreliable. Most NFL kickers couldn't hit a 58 yarder. Did anyone watch and see that game play out - I can't believe they got the 24. I'll take it!

I guess this is one game where taking advantage of a falling line due to public being on under worked out. No more plays for the night - I'm not going to press my luck after this came through - I think I used up all my luck for the night :)

Thanks for the kind words guys - I must say this was an unexpected surprise after I left early 4th quarter. Nice to be on the right side of one of those...gl w/ your late plays...

Still in shock that it went over...really felt it would be played into the mid 60's - a few things happened that prevented that - but I'll take the win any way possible...ok - hope to keep things rolling tomorrow - I'll have at least one NFL play - maybe more - I like to take it a play or two at a time...alright - I'm gonna check out the Penn State game - no money on it - but would like to see them win, and do feel they can win. OK - gl rest of the night if you have late plays..

One thing I've preached for years is people should have multiple outlets - I got 57.5 through one of my outlets - I always check all my outlets before making a play - as I often find differences of .5, 1, sometimes more. All that adds up over time - must find the best line you can. Not everyone does everything online - often better off that way, especially if an outlet is getting hammered one way - I always post the exact line I get on the play.
