Adding my 3rd 4 Unit play of the year
on the Josers. This was gonna be a 3 Unit play, but since the Nastys won tonite, it's become even bigger play. 3/4 spot for the Nastys, all OTR. They were 4-10-1 in 3/4 spots last yr, 8-19-3 L30 games. On top of that, they are 0-6 in ARAA spots in L2Y. Want more?? The Nastys are 5-12-3 L20 games in G2 of B2B. If both B2B games are OTR, they are 1-4-2 LY, going back L3Y they are 5-14-3. How about off of a Win?? Doesn't happen very often, but they were 0-5 L2Y, and have lost 6 straight games in that spot. SJ won in Phx tonite, and will be also playing B2B with travel, but this will only be their 6th game since the 9th, so I'm not worried about the fatigue factor. Might see both backups in this game, but I don't have a problem backing Toskala over Mason. Wouldn't surprise me to see Nabokov vs Mason, though, as there's EXTRA motivation for SJ to finally get their 1st home WIN of the yr with their #1 goalie. SJ is also already 3-0 this yr on 0 days rest, also. Gonna take the ML here for insurance, especially when SJ has had 9 home games, and 5 of those went OT
