1) I know minny has tanked it but, until they learn how to hit lefties....

TB +1.5 (-110) vs MINNY
Poor, Lohse, most of his starts have been on the road..what a tough way to break a rookie in...He hasn't been pitching well of late either...and it doesn't help that minny is 0-6 in his last few starts...I think that Minny will break their streak, but just barely...but i'll spend the extra ten bucks to get the extra run cushion...I mean, why not? Beerbrat has not won at nite...he's 0-2 with an ERA of around 7.00

and i'll take the UNDER 9.5 (-110) as well as TWINS are pitiful against lefties...

can i get lucky with TB for the fifth time this week...??? for 100 bucks against a lefty,I'll risk it.

2) taking CLEV: -170
i know, i know, it's high chalk, but sabathia has a great nite record, he's pitching at home and indians have incentive to win tonite but put away MINNY.

AND taking CLEV UNDER 10 +100
stats indicate that Sabathia is very good at home ..

5) my "kick in the nutz" pick for the day.

well, it begs to differ that RANDY has WON with his back against the wall everytime for ARIZONA this year...and i've won with him pretty much everytime...Randy is 9-0 against the Cubbies, but Arizona has had problems hitting at home lately...Arizona has won 7 in a row...and for some reason..the cubbies hit lefties well on the road better than righties....?
Bere is pitching and he can be enough against randy...but what i'm looking at here is that all the stats point to randy...but that's not good enough with the arizona offense being as shitty as it is at home.
last time Cubs played randy, they lost 3-2.
I look for Bere to bounce back as well as the CUBS against randy and the 7 games win streak is OVER. Randy has an incentive to win this game, but his back is NOT against a wall this time because arizona has won 7 in a row. Not like I'm saying randy will purposely throw a bad game. It's just that the Cubs have more incentive to win this game and let's face it, 8-9-10 game win streaks are a tough in this day and age in MLB.

Hopefully one streak will end today:

taking CUBBIES, but just in case Randy bites me in the ass when this is the first time i've bet against him, i'll gladly take the extra run +1.5 (+115) (cause i've burned by the one run losing underdog before..)

Hey Shunner, you shouldn't edit your original post after I've made a statement...
your grammar was worded differently...that's why it didn't make sense...gramatically.

I'm willing to take a chance on pitts because the dogs have been doin really shitty this week..and hoston is putting a relative rookie in , and at -210????
the number doesn't jive.

ya, i realize i screwed up the wording, my fault. I just think the game is hard to call, i guess if your gonna have to pick one, you would take the dog which pays more.

Teddy KGB, you're right...

when i first downloaded the MLB schedule from espn.com at the beginning of each month there are ALOT of mistakes and errors as I went thourgh the month ...this was one of them I guess...

good call, thanks for picking it up....

this hasn't been the first time i've made a mistake about the time of a game....
