NCAA Season Record updated: 46-39-1

Iowa+14.5 (-130) above avg play Win

Got this at 14 and bought the hook early this week. Had this game circled at the beginning of the season and like it even more now. The Hawkeyes coming off a horrible loss to Indiana now must travel to the Big House. I think the Iowa coaching staff / players might have been looking ahead to this weeks big match up just a bit and It cost them dearly. Now, a Michigan squad primed for a national championship must feel very confident about this weekends game. ( over confident I hope). Historically, the Hawkeyes have always played well vs Michigan and I suspect we will see a very inspired effort by them come Saturday. There's no doubt in my mind the better coach on the sidelines will be wearing black and gold. For the big anticipated undefeated matchup vs Ohio State to happen, Coach Carr better not sleep on coach Ferentz's squad.

more to come....

3 more for Saturday...

3 more for Saturday...

NC State +3.5 (-130) above avg play Loss

Road team historically is the right side in the match up. Maryland very unimpressive as a favorite as of late, while State is 13-2 ats their last 15 as a road dog.

South Carolina -2.5 (-120) above avg play Win

I think this opening line was a bit of an over reaction to Vandys upset win last week. Play against a team who won SU the previous week as a DD dog...... Gamecocks is the play in this spot.

San Jose State +14 (-135) regular play Loss

I always hate betting for or against Nevada. Seems like i'm always on the wrong side. Gotta love a DD road dog who out rushes their opponent. They may not win, but with an improved D and 8 returning starters on offense, the Spartans should keep this game close.

Still looking at a few more...

Last play for now...

Last play for now...

Arkansas-19.5 (-115) Strong Play Win

Another big conference game to maintain their lead over Auburn. The Razorbacks are damn good this year and I expect they will be running all over Miss on Sat. I think this line might have opened higher if not for last weeks great showing from Miss. That game had to be physically and emotionally hard for them and I think they will be vulnerable this week...

Mully, is that game in Fayetteville or Little Rock. My
guess is LR. If so, that place will be rockin. I think
LR only gets one or two games a year and they
go ape chit when it's there.

Final Selections

Final Selections

After further review.....will add these plays.

Kansas St +16.5 (-120) above avg play Loss

I know State is down this year, but this is too many points to give a school that has beaten you SU the past 13 meetings. Missouri coming of their first loss of the season might have a few heads hung low in the locker room. I think you will see an inspired effort by State and getting over 2 td's in this boarder battle is gravy.

BLOWOUT WARNING on these final two plays....I hate giving up more than 3 td's. Of all the games on this weeks card, I feel these two stand out as the biggest mismatches and therefore the possibility of blowout city!

Arizona St -22.5(-120) Win

Cal-23.5 (-120) Loss

That's all for this week....Good Luck today Gentlemen.

Sunday Night Strong Play

Sunday Night Strong Play

Clemson -6.5(-115) Strong Play Win

Double revenge mode for the Tigers losing to Tech both of the past two seasons. Not tonight! I see several in this forum on GT and that does worry me a bit. I'm just not impressed with the Yellow jackets. Besides a playing ND tight they've really faced nobody. A down Virgina Tech team is really the only quality victory they own. Clemson leads Tech in virtually every major category. Points for, points against, scoring diff, pass yards, rush yards, pass d and rush d! A one point loss at BC is the only thing keeping the Tigers out of major BCS bowl talks. I think most of us by now knows the quality of that BC team....I like this play quite a bit.
