NCAA Season Record updated: 62-57-2

Mich State M/L +108 Loss

Big day at home for the Spartans (Senior Day) and I expect to see an inspired effort. I have NO idea why Minny is giving points to anyone on the road. Maybe some public overeaction to the smack down they gave Indiana last week. Don't forget, these Golden Gophers damn near lost to North Dakota State at home just a few weeks ago.

UCLA +1.5 +100 Win

2 HUGE home wins for the Beavers and now go on the road, where they haven't lost a conf game yet. I find it very hard they will make it a sweep with only UCLA and Stanford left on the schedule. This is a good spot for the Bruins after a brutal month stretch of N.D., Oregon & Cal all on the road. I would be real suprised to see them drop 5 in a row.

Iowa +1.5 +106 Loss

Very rare to see the Hawkeyes getting points at home where they have been tough to beat over the years. That Northwestern loss had to get that coaching staff fired up and I have to believe Ferentz will have his squad prepared. A victory on Saturday means a much more meaningfull Bowl game next month.

I will be suprised if Stocco plays, but even if he does, won't be anywhere near 100%.

San Jose St +14.5(-124) Win

The Broncos seem to play a different brand of ball on the road than they do at home on the blue carpet. Besides Wyoming & Hawaii , I'm not real impressed with the schedule of Boise.

The Spartans seem to be getting better and gave the Broncos all they wanted the last time they visited. That opening day game at Washington should have let people know the direction this program is heading. 2 tds' at home should be plenty.

Good Luck Gentlemen...

Under 56 N.D./Air Force push

Only thing that scares me is the possibility of the Irish running it up for BCS purposes. The Falcons have a great running attack that should keep the N.D. offense off the field for some nice chunks of time. And if the Irish stop the run, Air Force has no passing game to speak of to move the ball down field. Either way...3 and outs or long time consuming drives, this total shouldn't be in jeopardy.

Something I heard this morning that stood out....The Falcons on avg only allow 57 offensive plays per game. Mr. Quinn & co better make the most of them...I'm liking this under more and more.

West Virgina -16.5 (-116) Win

Don't see a let down today at home. A week ago playing for a National Championship was a realistic possibility. No chance for that now, but with some decisive victories down the stretch and Rutgers in the home finale, a major BCS berth is still a reality.I expect at least a 3td margin of victory.

First Half

LSU -10.5 +102 VERY STRONG Loss

Game

LSU -16.5 (-125) STRONG Loss

The Tigers play a different brand of ball at home. ( avg winning margin 39 ppg). I was a bit surprised to see Bama getting this many points earlier in the week, but after doing my homework, I actually think this line is might be a point or two low.

LSU will come out firing under the lights on both sides of the ball. It wouldn't shock me to see a 3 td lead heading into the break. I'm sorry, but to lose to Miss State at home by 8 is God awful. Odds makers set this line high for a reason and even with 75% on Bama its' not dropping...

LSU 34 ALABAMA 6

Good Luck Gentlemen..

I just noticed this too, very interesting, but I don't know how much I should give into this. But an excellent observation none the less. Thanks for you insite.
