I have seen alot of you are on Glavine to rebound and get the win today but until he proves something to me I am going to fade him and it's even better he is going against Armas who has been dazzling. He has pitched well against the Mets and Glavine will have to get back on track soon, but not today.


Cubs -110

Haynes is another pitcher that got beat up in his first start and Z is pitching well for the Cubs and I like this home run park to help sammy get 501 & 502 today.


Brewers +121

I know I feel crazy for taking the Brewers but sheets is the best pitcher and he can put up some decent numbers the Brewers can take this one. He pitched well against the Giants last year but had run problems and if that changes they win.

If i's not broke don't fix it category

Pirates +165 & Royals -118

Take the hot bats over the decent pitching for both of these clubs and I have made $$$ riding them out why change now?

Kennedy is a better pitcher than Weaver and if not for a bad inning and a few errors against the Red Sox he would have gotten the win there. Weaver is just 2-5 in the last 7 against Tampa and the Yankees are just .500 in the last 6 at Tampa. Worth a shot at this price.

Halladay seems to have a longball problem of late, but he is still the Ace of this staff (3-0 vs the twins) and and Ace at + $$ is always worth a look. kenny Rogers was not even sure if he was going to be playing anywhere this year and I think he is a good pick up for the twins but not early in the season. he made only one start in the spring and admitted then he would need alot of time. ``I'm glad to be in a uniform,'' Rogers said after reporting to camp. ``I'm just ready to get to work. I'd like to have a little more time than I've got, so I'll just squeeze as much as I can into these next couple of weeks.''
Looking for the blue jays to cash my series play in a sweep.

Both of these pitchers were plain disgusting in the spring with ERA's over 7 so you can count on a ton of runs tonight, but Meche had some numbers that stuck out to me. Meche gave up 3 longballs (1 for lewis) and his BB/K ratio was lopsided in a bad way @ 14/11 and free passes can be dangerous to a Texas team that has the pop in the lineup toput 10 on the board.

it's hard to say no problem with 11.5 because unless your in Cincinnati it seems like a very high number but this is one of those cases i think it goes over tonight.

dale Scott is behind the plate for ths game and in the first game he did the final was 10-4 but it was in houston....
