On Day 3 of narrowing my totals down-usaully start with about 15 and narrow to 10-12 by now then about 8-10. This week I started with 7 and jave narrowed it down to 2?? What the hell--tough week might just pass. Later. Va Tech looks like an under but be careful. GL Need to re-think this week.

Hawk:
If that is what you come up with, so be it.
You have been very consistent with your winning totals over the years.
Don't change anything. Don't force nothing.

Good Luck!!

Would have won my Under play on the hawks last week if the defense would have made that play late in the game. Still haven't seen it, but everyone that has said it was a perfectly thrown ball and the receiver made a great catch. At least the Hawks won in OT. Also think they get it done in Evanston tomorrow....:D

I was at the game redsfann. Honestly, that pass was the best I've seen an Iowa d-back defend a pass in a long time. Godfrey had a beat on it the entire time, actually turned his head for once, then just mis-timed his jump. On the replay it looks like he barely missed knocking it down. At least the pulled the damn game out. Let's hope for a win tomorrow.

Me, too, Hawki.

I sit at the 45 yrd line(south of midfield) near the top of Kinnick on the West side, so that play was to my left in the North End Zone. I still can't believe they didn't put it on the big screen--but since it was an opponent's good play...

Where do you tailgate at? We are at the top of Myrtle Ave--place called Frank's E-Z Park. Go hawks!

Would love to see them beat NW and finish off the year better. Jake just does not impress me-not mobile enough for me.
Lowell-NC St I have at 45 so right at the #--Duke I have at 56 a little over the #--good luck

I went back over my "stuff' and think I have about 5 games-later & GL

Good under last nite-Looking at Ohio un and Nev ov but not playing either yet

We used to religiously tailgate in the Myrtle law lot. Then they shut the hill down and we've bounced around a lot in the last 1 1/2.

I saw a stat the other day that JC's completion percentage in high school was 52%. That tells me he's never been very accurate and may never be.

When they closed that hill to parking, Frank was afraid he'd get over-run with college kids coming up the hill to park at his place. Didn't happen, which is nice. Its an older crowd that isn't too loud and its a quick walk over to Kinnick from there. Should be an entertaining game with the Wildcats tomorrow, hope we can grab a win since it might take 7 wins to go bowling this year in the Big-10...

GO HAWKS!

Can we score with NW?

We can IF the idiot coaching staff gives the ball to the running backs and lets them do their thing. The 1st half last week we were horrible because Christensen was asked to do something he can't do--which is throw the ball--:D. And then in the 2nd half we ran the ball down their throats.
The talk is that the 'Cats will stack the box and see if they can stop the run, and if that happens then JC will be on the spot to complete a pass or two to soften up the defense.
I am probably going to be on the Hawks and the over in this one, but not for too much coin.

Any thoughts on the total in this one? Leaving early in the morning for I.C. to watch game there.

I agree completely. I just have a bad feeling about this game. Until Iowa proves they can play on the road I have a hard time laying any $$$ on them. Northwestern's defense is not good though. I think it will be something like 24-21.

Well, I loved that game. The offense appeared to grow up a little during the game.
