All my numbers point to the Under inspite of the history betn these two teams. One of the biggest factors here is the motivation of Luongo to play hard. Shields has come in and played excellent in last 2 games. Luongo was chased in the Philly game. If he is as good as I think he is .. he shud shut down the Sharks.
Nabokov is playing better than last year and I dont think they will give up 2+ goals to the Florida Panthers. Hopefully Penalties wont shoot us in the foot. Hope this play comes in. I think this has a very very good chance of coming in. I know its high juice but taking the percentages.
I know Florida has scored 3 goals . . 3 times in last 4 games .. but thinking Sharks get shut out and Florida scores 2.

Rangers @ Montreal Under 4 1/2 Goals: 2 Units to Win 5.5 Units
Rangers are giving up 5 goals per game. That is in the first two games of the season. But they have turned things around and are playing much better defensively. The 4 1/2 can be a problem but I think not a lot of goals will be scored in this one. Montreal has been good defensively at home other than the game against Ottowa (gave up 6 goals). In all other home games Montreal has given up 1,1,1,1,0 and 2 goals in 6 games.
Montreal is scoring 2.29 goals per game at home while Rangers are averaging 1.5 goals per game in 2 games away from home.
At the price of +125 I will chance the Under which I think has a very good chance of hitting.

Under is 7-1-1 in lst 9 meetings but Patrick Roy was in the net. Now we have Abesheir. Brodeur has to be more sharper against the Avs especially on the PP.
Avs are 3-0 to the Over in road games this season. That was against Nashville, Oilers and Minny. NJ will be far more tougher than any of these teams. NJ is 2-2-1 to the Under @ home. One total was set @ 4 1/2 against Philly and they gave up an uncharacteristic 5 goals up to Boston.
Avs are scoring 4.33 goals per game on the road and allowing 3.67 goals per game. Devils are scoring 2 goals per game at home and allowing 2.80
Avs are getting 32.3 shots on goal away from home while allowing 22.3 shots on goal.
Devils are getting 31.6 shots on goal but allowing only 20.4 shots on goal at home.
Something has to give. I expect fewer shots in the game. Also Kariya being out is a huge factor. This guy is ever dangerous.
Colorado PP in the last 5 games has dropped from 38.5% on the road to 23%. PK is at 87%.
NJ PK is @ 88%. Hopefull they have good PK's today.
Somehow I dont see 6 goals being scored in this one. Hopefully NJ wont be able to score much and give up much.

Boston has been playing well on defence in recent times. They have given up 1,2,2,0 and 1 goals in the last 5 games. In road games they are averaging 2.88 goals per game while giving up 1.88 goals.
Boston is 3-0 Under as a favorite.
Pens meanwhile are averaging 2 goals per game at home while giving up 2.6 goals per game.
Boston PP is @ 21.4% in last 5 games and PK is at 93.8%
Pens PP is @ 8% in last 5 games and PK is at 95.5 % and is an impressive 91.3% for the season.
Both teams allow a LOT OF SHOTS on goal in last 5 games .. around 33 shots per game.
Raycroft shud b in the net today. Raycroft has a 0.944 save percentage and has given up 1 , 0 , 3 (in OT), 2 and 2 goals in 5 games.
Fleury is in net for the Pens and has an equally impressive 0.943 save percentage and has given up 3 (to Kings in opener), 3 (to Red Wings),1,2, 4 (against Isles in OT) and a shutout last game against Chicago.
Hopefully the defence wins over the offence in this one.

Ducks are playing much better defence as of late. Gerber is hot.
He has a 0.953 save percentage and has allowed 3 , 0, 1 , 1 and 2 goals in 5 games this season. Ducks have allowed 4 goals in last 3 games. Ducks are 3 - 1 to the Under on the road this season.
In last 5 games both teams are averaging around 30 shots per game. Ducks are giving up 32 shots per game and Isles around 24 .. Ducks PP at 25% while Isles PP @ 13%. But in last 5 Isles PK is at 95.7% while Ducks PK is @ 86.7%.
DiPietro has a 0.914 save %. At home Isles are scoring 3.25 goals per game while giving up 2.25 goals per game. Ducks on the road are scoring 2.2 goals per game while giving up 2 goals per game.
I am expecting a very good defensive effort from both teams especially after Isles gave up 4 goals to the Pens.
