Glad to report that have paid 20% of the condo downpayment and will be paying off the remaining 5% downpayment (borrowed from line of credit) this year before I get occupancy of the condo.

Senators @ Leafs Under 5 Goals $ 250 to win $275
Florida @ Islanders Under 5 Goals $250 to win $262.50
Parlay of the two above : $100 to win $330.50
Couple of pointers as to my selection:
Sens @ Leafs:
I know leafs are playing back to back but Belfour was rested yesterday. Nolan is back. I am sure the Leafs remember the 7-1 hammering they took from Senators last time out. Expect them to play much more better defence. Senators are trying to regain the top spot in the East and will play good defence also. Leafs having problem on their PP and I hope it continues. Meanwhile they killing penalties well.
Florida @ Islanders:
Islanders missing three of their forwards Yashin, Peca and Parrish. In last 6 starts Di Pietro has stopped 178 of 188 shots with a .946 save percentage. Luongo has struggled against the Islanders with a 2.49 Goals Against Average. But hei s playing against the team which drafted him and he will be appearing in the All Star Game. I think this will keep him well motivated.
