I lost a tough one with the Orioles last evening. They fought back from a 5 run deficit only to be stung by a 3-run triple in the bottom of the eighth. That was a tough pitch by the closer Julio-- Pujols deserves the credit. Anyway, I am going to jump right back on the Birds today. Baltimore's road numbers (+$185), numbers vs. RHP (+300), and numbers as an underdog (+$795) are still all very respectable to this point in the season. Moreover, today we get a solid 7-3 starter at a dog price. Sidney Ponson starts today for the Orioles in what should be a great game. Ponson is off to his best career starting numbers and is pitching with a lot of confidence. He enters today's game off of a very strong 8 IP outing in which he garnered the win. Ponson has won 3 straight games and his team is 8-3 in his starts. Look for a solid effort and another win today. I will go back to the well one more time.
