I am passing on the Indiana Hoosier game today. Getting 2 points against a very disappointing Minny team looks like a gift at first especially with Minny home ATS record vs. Div 1 teams is 1-6 and overall ATS vs D1 teams is a poor 2-12. It would also look like a gift considering the Hoosiers play of late, winning 4 of the last 5 true road games (ND, N. TX, Mich, Ohio St. wins/Wisc loss). And the Hoosiers have won three straight against the not so powerful (mich, NW, and Ohio St.).

Upon further study of today's game that causes me to pass on the game: The visiting team has WON SU the last 9 games between these two. The Visiting team has covered ATS 8 of those last 9 times. True Leach is back and I could see some added fire in the Hoosiers as they get to play against Kris Humphries (who leaned hard on going to IU, a lot of the staff thought they had him once his transfer was approved) but decided to stay closer to home and attend Minny. I look for him to have his way in the paint today. Looking even further the recent transfer of Maurice Hargrow should have a very negative effect on this team, but Stan Gaines, Adam Boone, and Ben Johnson should give Humphries the help needed along with the support of the home crowd who will be looking to release some frustrations while looking for their first conference win. This should be a close one. One that with all the unknown factors that is just too hard to call. I will sit back once again and root loud for the Hoosiers to stay atop the Big 10 Standings, while hopefully picking up their third ROAD Conferece WIN (very hard to do in the Big 10, especially for a Hoosier team who hasn't been known for a ton on success on the road in the last 3 years.....Hopefully my thoughts will help others on the game even though i choose not to risk the blemish on the record.....

GO IU,
