Big card indeed. . . don't play too many. Its easy to get caught up given the number of games yet its really an opportunity to select the very best and toss out some games that you may itch to play during the week when there aren't so many games.

Lets start with the system plays that others have already posted:

Arkansas 2.5 over LSU VERY BIG

This game is my favorite. Arkansas have lost a few in a row. . . so why are they favored over a ranked team? Ask yourself that before you even think of putting money on LSU.

Nova -5 over Texas VERY BIG

Others have already correctly noted that Texas is coming off a 3 OT defeat. They are reeling. . .

One final play for now:

Washington State -5 over Washington Above Average

Love this bet. . . Washington has lost 5 of their last 6 with their only win being over ASU.

Texas may or may not cover, but from all the reports I have they are far from "reeling." If anything, considering the triple ot and every brother and their dog on Nova, that line has a malodorous scent.

You're correct Sun; I shouldn't have said reeling. . . that probably wasn't the right word because it almost suggests they are playing bad ball. In fact, they are playing quite well.

Canucks: Perhaps "reeling" isn't the right word, but I don't think it is that far off. Losing the way Texas did isn't exactly water off a ducks back...it stings. Now they travel all the way to the east coast to play an unranked out of conference opponent that isn't exactly a slouch. It's a bad spot for Texas.
