Oregon St +7
I think the Pac 10 is very very weak this year and have a lot of overrated teams but there is no way GW is a 7 point favorite to any team in the A10 outside maybe Fordham, let alone any team in a major conference. Honestly, I cant even see GW winning this game straight up. Oregon St. plays a princeton style offense and takes a lot of high % shots and plays very stingy defense. Sure they have struggled, and by no means are they a tourney caliber team, but the way they play alone will keep them in games and usually prevent them from being blown out. Maybe I am just losing it but to me, this line is WAY off.
Can anyone honestly tell me that they feel GW should be a 7 point favorite?
This team was 10-18 last year and they lose their best player in Rob Diggs. They start this year 4-0 vrs powerhouses NC Wilmington (7-25 last season), 2 American East teams in Boston University and UMBC, and the Ivy League's Princeton! Now they are favored by 7 vrs a team who returns just about everyone in a major conference? Give me a break.
This team was projected to be in the A-10 cellar again this season, and for good reason!
Yea, after breaking it down im really sold on GW.
:mj07:
Grab some ML on this one too, Oregon St. takes the road win.
Maybe the Beavers will swing by the white house and get a pep talk from coaches brother in law.:00hour
