I have never been in Ciudad Juarez, and just have tasted those tequilas, more of them are just for international market, is like patron, I have never seen that bottle in Mexico, just in Duty Frees and the States.
Will let you know if I found a good source for tequilas, of course if you want it, I am not a tequila person.
