Thanks Wayne, good to see you around again and hope you are feeling much better. Thanks all others for the nice words also. at this point I need them more than ever. Working hard to avoid an ofer so far.. none even close

taking Cal +7 and elevating to a 6 unit play. Nothing statistical to back it up just a strong vibe ( and a bit of a chase)
