hoping to bounce back from just a brutal day last Saturday.
temple (+12) 2 units. Rutgers is coming off a tough loss at Louisville, then a week off, then a blowout loss at home to Houston. I don't think they'll be too focused on the lowly owls today. as bad as temple has been, they have covered 4 straight games.
boston college (ML) 1 unit to win 1.5. I think the eagles get revenge for an OT loss to the hokies last year. VT is coming off a loss to duke and they have Miami on deck. rettig has been very good at home this year, completing 70% of his passes with 9 TDs and 3 INTs.
marshall (-31.5) 1 unit. newsflash - southern miss is horrible. I look for the herd to take out their frustrations after the loss to middle tennessee.
Michigan/Michigan st under (46) 2 units. I see a lot of love for Michigan st, but there's no guarantee they'll even score more than 4 points. I think the best play here is the under. michigan st needs to run the ball to have any success offensively, and michigan is only allowing 3.2 yards/carry.
Indiana (-8) 3 units. the gophers haven't seen anything like this Indiana offense. it's going to be difficult for them to refocus after the big win over Nebraska and properly prepare for what they're going to see today. Minnesota needs to be able to run the ball. if they fall behind by a few scores and need to start throwing, they are in big trouble.
texas san Antonio (+4) 2 units. wow, Tulsa went from a solid team to pretty bad in a hurry. they are 0-3 ATS at home this year. the difference today will be that the roadrunners should be able to run the ball effectively.
FAU (-2.5) 2 units. let me get this straight... fau is 2-6. Tulane is 6-2 (what? seriously?). oh, and fau's coach, and defensive coordinator resigned this week because they were caught smoking pot? AND FAU IS FAVORED??? are you fucking kidding me? either this is a terrible line or vegas is BEGGING for tulane money.
Pittsburgh (+11) 2 units. my first thought was that gt was the play. much like the syracuse/gt game, we have a new acc team seeing the option for the first time. HOWEVER, pitt just played navy last week. granted, they lost to a very bad navy team, but I have to believe it's a big advantage to prepare for the option 2 weeks in a row.
Colorado st (+7) 2 units. hey, someone has to play the rams.
