purdue (+17.5) 2 units. the boilermakers are 7-2 ATS on the year, they've covered 6 of their last 7, and all 4 since Appleby took over at qb.

Georgia st (ML) 2 units to win 4.2. make no mistake - both teams are horrible (what happened to troy?). both have played the same 3 opponents the last 3 weeks. ga st was outscored 143-58 and troy was outscored 122-37. maybe the biggest difference is that troy was actually favored in one of those games. 3 weeks ago, they were a 7-point home fav against Appalachian st and they lost 53-14. well, all the evidence clearly points to a Georgia st romp.

Michigan/nw under (41) 2 units. after 12 OT's, they will finally just let the game end in a 0-0 tie. hmmm... that raises a question... will northwestern's union football players get double time for working OT on a weekend?

Arizona st (-2.5) 3 units. the sun devils will get revenge for a tough loss to the irish last year.

FAU (-3) 2 units. I really hate laying road chalk, especially in conference games. but the mean green haven't been so mean lately, dropping 4 straight games by at least 10 points. I like the owls to make it 5 straight.

BC (ML) 2 units to win 2.7. I saw nothing impressive from Louisville last week, especially if Winston was throwing the first half so his buddy would win a bet. while the cards' defense was really, really good the last couple years, I think their numbers have been inflated this year by playing a lot of bad offenses. well, bc's offense isn't exactly dynamic, but they ain't bad.

k st/tcu under (58) 3 units. been waiting for this one all week. as usual, both offenses get the press, but these teams put a lot of emphasis on defense. it's hard to imagine it, but I see this game ending up in the 20's. definite lean to k st to get the win, too.

Utah (+8) 3 units
Utah (ML) 2 units to win 6.4. I'm hoping the utes rebound ok from that tough loss at az st last week, when their normally automatic kicker missed one in OT. but these guys are a lot like Stanford the last couple years when the cardinal beat the ducks. they're a very physical team that won't beat themselves. if they can put last week behind them (and hosting the ducks should get your focus), I like their chances to win this game.
