syr/fsu over (69.5) 3 units. gotta believe syracuse has had this one circled since last year. dungey missed most of the first half after breaking his foot, and yet he still threw for 278 yards and ran for another 109 in a 3-point loss. the noles struggled to slow down samford's offense last week. hopefully syracuse can get just enough stops to pull out a high-scoring win.
rhode island (+7.5) 1 unit. a little caa special. rhodey is off to a surprising 2-0 start and uconn is.... well, they are uconn. i'll take a team that is starting to believe in itself getting over a td from a bad team sandwiched between road games at boise and syracuse.
rutgers (ML) 2 units to win 2.3. in a battle between two horrible teams, always take the dog. oh, and don't bet this game unless you are a degenerate gambler.
vandy (+13.5) 2 units. i really think nd is going to struggle to score against a decent vandy defense.
boise (-1.5) 2 units. this is practically the season for boise. they have the better qb and they'll be the more physical team. this will be the first time cornelius has faced a good defense. and last week he threw two picks against south alabama.
auburn (-10.5) 2 units.
lsu/aub under (44.5) 2 units. auburn will get some revenge for blowing a 4th-quarter lead last year. lsu will need to score at least 13 points to cover this line, and i don't see it happening.
wash/utah under (46.5) 2 units. conference opener for both, and i think it's going to be a slugfest.
