Looking at the ERA's for the last 3 for the starters and the BP's (on covers.com) the OVER 9 on the SF game looks tempting.

What are your thoughts on the under?

bosco, sorry for the late reply. I was away from the comuter last night.

I played the under on that game based on batting averages. SD bats poorly against lefties, SF poor against righties. Also, neither team is generating many runs lately, especially SF.

I looked at your valid point concerning ERA's, but the above points were an over-riding factor for me.

Hope this helps in some way in the future.
