Willie,
I'm begining to think we're cursed. It seems like we're having very similar seasons - winning the small plays and losing the big juice plays. I've lost about 8-10 games this year on friggin' shootouts while I've won 1 or 2. My teams blow 2 and 3 goal leads consistantly. It just seems more difficult than ever to find some consistancy in this League. I guess what I'm asking you is - Is it worth all the time, effort and stress? I'm down over 3 grand now and it's looking like it's going to be near impossible to come out ahead without taking some VERY large risks which is really not my style. It's not the money that has me worried though - it's the fact that something that used to be fun and enjoyable has become stressfull and is causing me to not think clearly. I used to look forward to sitting down and capping games - and now it scares the shit out of me and I'm second-guessing myself. I'm actually starting to dislike hockey because of all this - and that's just ridiculous. Any suggestions my puck lovin' brotha? :shrug:

CM, i hear ya this season has been totally ridiculous so far and i dont know what to tell you. Im completely frustrated myself, Im not doing anything different this year but it just isnt working for my big plays. I cant say the same about not enjoying hockey because i still am, especially with My Sabres starting to come around. Its all about your personal number of what you will be willing to lose before you call it quits or start winning. Im still remaining optimistic on the season but starting to run low in the optimism tank. Hopefully some people are fading my gold plays and making some $$$$. Hopefully it changes if not ill hang it up on the season and just enjoy the game and wait till next year. With that said, lets turn this shit around and start winning some big plays.
