Hit the under by the skin of my teeth on Thurs. game. Rather be lucky than good. This week I like :

Temple+9 ( 2x)....Temple has played Vir. Tech & Pitts. tough & beat Syracuse at home, while BC doesn't play well on the road. BC averages offensively 12.5 pts. per game & 3.4 yds. per rush & while on defense yields 4.5 yds. per rush while on the road. At home Temple averages 19.4 pts. per game & yields 2.8 yds. per rush attempt. I'll take a good rush defense getting points at home. Wouldn't be surprised if Temple wins this game outright, but too chicken to bet the moneyline.

Purdue-22 (2x)...This is more of an anti- Indiana bet whose team is simply awful. Ind. defense gives up an average of 39.6 pts. per game. They gave up 58,56,41,45 pts. in the last 4 games.Don't see anything different here. Purdue needs a win to become bowl eligible.Think Purdue will score about 50 & hopefully won't give up more than 20. Their def. gives up anaverage of 17.7 pts. per game, so hopefully they won't give up more than their average.

Louisville-181/2 (2x)....Everybody seems to be on UAB. UAB is 0-4 ATS, scores an average of 11.5 pts. per game & gives up 36.5 pts. per game while on the road. They have lost 35-14 at Tulane & 34-0 at ULLaf.Don't see anything different with this game.

UCLA+61/2 (2x)...The dog in this series is 14-4 ATS in last 18 & under Toledo the Bruins are 9-1 ATS as a dog in last 10.USC shut out the Bruins last year so feel that Toledo will have his team especially focused for this game.

So.Miss./Tulane Under 42 (2x)...So. Miss. is #1 in scoring defense in the nation. With their best RB hurt & not at 100% So. Miss. is not at peak performance on off. This years version of Tulane has problems scoring as witnessed by the loss to Army 14-10. See a similar score in this game.

ULMonroe+4 (2x)....Laf. is 0-6 on the road this year so will take the home dog plus the points.

OhioSt./Mich. Under 411/2 (2x)...OSU is #2 in the nation in scoring def. in the nation giving up an average of 12.5 pts. per game. They only gave 20 pts. once this season & that was to Tex. Tech. Feel that both teams will play close to the vest. Woody Hayes will be proud of this game.

Maryland/Virginia Under 511/2 (4x)...Md. is giving up about 15 pts. per game on defense so think Vir. will score close to that.

All of these games are based on a number system that I developed with the under in the Md. game being the strongest. It used to hit at about 57% but since it's been over a year since I last used it don't know how accurate this system will perform now. We will see.

Good Luck
