So Cal
Evidently Saudies have been behind much of the violence in Iraq. This should probably not be much of a shock. The Saudies ave sent more than 20 suicide bombers into Iraq. Just heard this over the news so who knows how accurate it is - but heard it on the radio

This should not be a shock either----

At least 3.5 million* (about this number) Americans are of Arab descent. Arab Americans live in all 50 states, but two thirds reside in 10 states; one third of the total live in California, New York, and Michigan. About 94% live in metropolitan areas. Los Angeles, Detroit, New York/NJ, Chicago and Washington, D.C., are the top five metro areas of Arab American concentration.

What on Gods green earth does your post have to do with this subject?

Is this the same Saudi Arabia that you keep saying has been brought into the fold?

DTB...wtf are you trying to say this time?

I *guess* he's trying to say that most Arab-Americans live in liberal areas. Sooooooo-Arabs-bad. Liberals-bad. Birds of a feather. Yeah, that's it!

Here's a newsflash: there aren't many Asians in Oklahoma either. Or Italians. Or Germans.

WTF does this have to do with Saudi Arabia supporting terror against us?

40 or 50? I guess maybe that's just the technically 'suicide' bombings, but there have been thousands of bombings all together.

Whatever the case, i'm not quite sure I follow your point that a small % of attacks are by nationals. If anything, doesn't that show that we turned the place into a free for all with terrorists pouring in from every direction?

what i`m trying to say....and it admittedly was a very poor effort i gave(trying to get off on the cheap..lol).....

a letter was obtained after the capture of alleged pakistani al-qa'ida courier hasan ghul....

in the text of the letter from zarqawi...if it is authentic...and it is believed to be......it outlines the foreign insurgent`s goals and methods.......

zarqawi claims that his objective is to hinder the u.s. occupation of iraq and to motivate the majority of the iraqi sunni to join the ranks of islamist organizations........he believes the way to accomplish both these goals is to collectively target the shi'a institutions, leadership and civilians in an effort to drag the iraqi shi'a majority into a civil war......... a civil war would make iraq ungovernable to the americans and/ or the iraqi coalition gov`t and would scare the iraqi sunnis into the arms of his radical fundamentalist mujahidin network.....

i had to say it anyway...i admit i wasn`t clear....

I believe 9/11 was Saudis. And it was hands off because of the black gold. So Iraq became a substitute. It's easy to see that. So no surprise they have some helping raise hell in Iraq.

I think Dubya needs a few more hand-holding flower garden sessions to get the Saudis in line over Iraq. ....I know liberals are the ones accused of being soft on everything. ...but come on, I don't even think Jane Fonda would have been that easy of a date for the Prince. Bush is a liberal pansy.

Well sure that's what they're trying to do, man. If you did a search of posts from around jan-feb-mar 03, you could find some from some of us that predicted this exact thing. Not because anybody is so smart, just because it was so predictable.

And i'll ask again, to anybody. After we leave and a civil war ensues, which it will, did we really leave the place better than we found it?

if we depart...and civil war ensues...as it well may,i`ll be the first to come in and praise you,kosar....

but, lets not put the cart before the horse here....

it`s far from over...and there are rumblings from some other middle eastern states... whose people are hoping to maybe catapult their societies into at least the 18th century....for some reform....

it may be hard...a longshot....but,the ball is still in play....

lets hope for the best....as believers in democracy...and americans...
