organic turnips would sell well with the yupp's here
Why would it matter if your clothes were made from product organically grown? Are the dyes and stitching all organic as well? I may have to eat my shirt one day at the track.
Better for the environment. Cotton uses more pesticides to grow than any other crop in the world. The run-off of fertilizer and pesticide into our drinking water is astronomical. Also, organic is MUCH softer and comfy. I will buy it when I can...

Organic foods are produced according to certain production standards, meaning they are grown without the use of conventional pesticides, artificial fertilizers, human waste, or sewage sludge, and that they were processed without ionizing radiation or food additives.[1] Livestock are reared without the routine use of antibiotics and without the use of growth hormones. In most countries, organic produce must not be genetically modified.
Organic food production is legally regulated. Currently, the United States, the European Union, Japan and many other countries require producers to obtain organic certification in order to market food as organic.

Typical example. Friends come over and the Wife is making dinner. She whips up a huge meal....said friends eat EVERY single bite and rave and rave and rant how it's the greatest meal ever and she is the greatest cook on Earth. I mean they line up outside waiting for a bite.
8 hours later, after several beers, these same guys go clawing through my fridge with the munchies....and proclaim "I'm not eating this organic shit, don't you have anything NORMAL".
