I learned of a Superbowl system in 1991 that had gone 12-0 at that time.
Of course, I know that you can isolate any number of criteria to get similar results based on PAST records.
However, although not still perfect, this system has continued to be very profitable over the years.
System says to first play against the team that did not cover their championship game. If both covered play the team with the most SU wins (this year play is New England). If still tied take the dog - basically equal teams - take the points.
A variation I picked up somewhere states to first play the team with the most regular season SU wins (again play is New England). If these are tied, then play the favorite.
I know this sounds incredibly simplistic but it has worked.
I am going to be on New England large.
